We draw up customised designs with the client to meet his demands in terms of cost-effectiveness in the construction and in the running of the future building and the associated free space. All other architectural services such as approval planning, execution planning, drawing up tender documentation and construction management complete our planning cycle.

As far as other planning services are concerned such as structural engineering, building engineering planning for sanitary, heating, ventilation and electrical installations, we work with a network of experienced designers and are therefore able to pass on specific recommendations to our clients for their project. This network is complemented by experts for soil examinations and for fire safety inspections.

We also offer the first design phase as an isolated consultancy service. On the basis of more than 200 projects carried out in the car dealership sector, we are especially qualified in advising car dealers. We work for brands such as Hyundai, Opel and Volvo in Germany, Austria and Switzerland as part of their CI design.

Solutions which make sense from an energy perspective are the key to managing buildings at permanently attractive rates. We contribute our knowledge gained from previous energy consultancy work to every project, and also offer it as a stand-alone service as part of the approval planning process or prior to a feasibility study.

A fire prevention certificate in accordance with country-specific building regulations or the requirements of industrial construction guidelines, is indispensable for any construction project. We build our knowledge of the requirements and our experience from numerous projects into our planning from the outset. The fire prevention certificate itself is then the professionally condensed presentation of the requirements and the relevant measures undertaken.

If at least two companies are working simultaneously on a building site, the developer himself takes on the role of health and safety coordinator in accordance with the Building Site Directive BauStellVO, and is therefore responsible for safety planning, coordinating the schedules of those carrying out the work and training them as well as for the relevant official registrations. Our construction managers have received special training in this role and they will take on this work on behalf of our clients.
